Zoom Classroom Rules
Please share these rules with your child! With the exception of extenuating circumstances:
- ✓Be on time and ready to learn
- ✓Keep your camera on during class
- ✓Mute your microphone when not speaking
- ✓Raise your hand to speak
- ✓Be respectful to your teacher and classmates
- ✓Have your materials ready before class begins
- ✓Find a quiet, distraction-free space for learning

Payment & Discontinuing Services
- •Payment is due before services begin each month
- •If you need to discontinue services, please provide notice before the next billing cycle
- •We accept various payment methods — contact us for details

No Refunds for Missed Classes
- •No refunds for missed classes. If you will be gone, you may request a recording beforehand from your teacher.
- •No refunds for missed tutoring sessions. All efforts will be made to reschedule with 24-hours' notice.
- •Refunds will be given if the teacher cancels and is unable to reschedule; however, we do have substitute teachers so this should rarely be an issue.
